How it works
Wall Crawl is the world's first customizable photo experience.
1 ticket = entry for 1 person.
EVERY PERSON ages 3 and up entering Wall Crawl is required to have a ticket for their specified session date and time. Children 2 and under are free and do not require tickets.
During general admission you can use your one-hour time slot to do any combination of the following:
•Snap your own photos with your phone or camera
•Snap photos with your own photographer (they do need a ticket)
•Have photos taken by our professional photographers with their professional gear. You can purchase a discounted package/photo session if added when you purchase your tickets, or pay full-price if purchased later. We have lots of different photo packages, starting at just $10, so you get exactly the photos you want.

What should I bring?
During General Admission, you are welcome to bring your own props as long as they meet the requirements below. Balloons are permitted as long as they do not have confetti or glitter in them. Please note that any items (including strollers, etc.) will need to be carried up a flight of stairs.
Items NOT PERMITTED in Wall Crawl include but are not limited to the following:
•Appliances such as hair dryers, curling irons, flat irons, steamers, etc.
•All food, drinks, snacks, candy (Photo props like wrapped lollipops are okay.)
•Any light that is NOT ATTACHED to your camera/phone. A ringlight for your phone is permitted as long as the stands meets the tripod guidelines and your phone and any ppower source is mounted to it.
•Glass or otherwise fragile items that could easily break if dropped or knocked over.
•Rollerblades, rollerskates, skateboards or other wheeled devices cannot be used in Wall Crawl.
•Anything that makes a mess - including but not limited to heavily glittered items, confetti, fresh flowers, feathered items, etc. We reserve the right to deny the use of any props/accessories regardless if they are listed here or not.
•Small-base tripods for phones are permitted. Wide-base tripods are NOT permitted. If the legs of the tripod extend from/near the top of the tripod, it is not permitted. Any tripod must not be more than 24 inches wide at the base when extended and it must weigh less than 1 lb. If you do not have a small-base tripod, they are available for rent on a first-come first-served basis.
•Any items that are deemed profane by Wall Crawl staff.
Dogs are not permitted unless it is a dog day event & you have a ticket that includes a “Pup Pass”
If you need more space for props, lights, light stands, or plan to change outfits more than twice, please book a private rental/session. If you are unsure about a particular prop or policy, please contact us for clarification prior to purchasing your tickets - as they are non-refundable and non-transferable.
FLEX PASS
All customers have the option of adding the FLEX PASS to their order. Purchasing a FLEX PASS for your order is the only way to reschedule your session for a later date/time should any issues arise that would prevent you from attending your session. It MUST be purchased at the time your ticket order is placed and it covers ANY reason why you can not attend - including but not limited to illness of any kind, potential COVID exposure, transportation issues, or just not feeling up to taking photos, etc. Some advance notice is required, but documentation is not as you can reschedule for any reason. When should I arrive for my session?
In order to make sure that our staff has enough time to properly clean and disinfect between sessions, please do not arrive more than 5 minutes before the time listed on your ticket as you WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ENTER WALL CRAWL. For the same reason, sessions must end promptly 60 minutes after the scheduled start time and can not be extended.
