Phil Siegel and Brian Wunderlich had been tour guides with Best Bay Area Tours for several years, until the former owner, Alan Rosenzweig, retired. Rather than closing a successful business that has enjoyed so much success and given unforgettable memories to thousands of passengers for nearly a decade, they decided to buy the company at the end of 2019.

The company offers small-group tours to people who prefer to travel in friendly, personal groups. The tours are for people who want to experience activities around Northern California, in places that are not overrun with big-bus tourism.

Best Bay Area Tours only hires guides that share Phil and Brian’s passion for tourism and customer service. Since purchasing the company, they kept the philosophy that Alan laid down when he founded Best Bay Area Tours in 2012 – provide an experience that passengers will remember for the rest of their lives.
